This beautiful little town is located in the heart of the Makarska Riviera, on the Adriatic coast, halfway between Split and Dubrovnik. Brela is famous for its crystal-clear waters and the main attraction is the famous Punta Rata beach, which has been voted one of the most beautiful beaches in the world. In September it's still beach time, but the crowds disappear and prices are more reasonable.
